Rules & Regulations

 

Event Day Setup and Breakdown

  • Check-in and Setup: 6:00 am – 8:00 am. Vehicles must be removed off Broadway by 8:00 am.
  • Vendors will receive their assigned space at check-in and should proceed to that location for setup. Festival Committee members will be available to assist. Space numbers will be taped on the curbs along Broadway.
  • Late arrivals will not be permitted to set up and you will forfeit your application fee.
  • Booths must be ready 10 minutes prior to opening. Vendors must remain open until 4:00 pm.
  • Vehicles may only return after 4:00 pm once the area is cleared.
  • All exhibitors/vendors must dispose of their own waste and ensure their space is cleared of all trash at breakdown. Vendors who fail to do so will not be permitted to participate in future events.

Parking

  • No vehicles allowed in the exhibition area during fair hours, except food trucks and fair vehicles.
  • Vendor parking is available in designated lots.


Vendor Specific Regulations

  • This event is rain or shine.
  • No refunds will be given.
  • Vendors are encouraged to sell bagel-related items.
  • Display areas average 10’x10’. Vendors must provide their own setup (tents, tables, chairs, etc.). No ground stakes.
  • Tent Weights: All vendors are required to use a tent, and all tents must be properly weighed down.
  • Please ensure your tent is secured according to the weather conditions.
  • No generators allowed, except for food trucks. A noise shield must be utilized.
  • No electricity or Wi-Fi provided.
  • Vendors must operate entirely within their assigned space. Encroachment into neighboring vendor areas is not permitted. Vendors whose setup exceeds their allotted space will be required to purchase an additional space.
  • Please note that vendor space assignments from previous years are not guaranteed. Vendor location requests will be taken into consideration; however, fulfillment of such requests cannot be guaranteed.
  • Displays must be professional. Prices must be posted visibly.
  • No subleasing or sharing of booth space.
  • Vendors must maintain a clean area. Walkways must be clear.

Additional Rules

  • All business activity is confined to rented space. No strolling sales or distribution.
  • The Fair Committee reserves the right to cancel agreements at any time.
  • The Fair and its organizers do not warrant or guarantee any particular results of the Fair, nor does it guarantee a particular number of attendees or exhibitors.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own taxes and insurance.
  • No pets, except service animals.
  • Megaphones and electronic amplification are not permitted. No radios, offensive noise, or distractions are permitted in booth spaces.
  • No bikes, scooters, skateboards, or roller blades are permitted.
  • All booths must be staffed at all times.
  • No smoking, alcohol, or drugs on the premises.

Food Vendors
It’s your responsibility to obtain and display proper food permits from the NYS Department of Health. Food permits are to be displayed on the day of the event.

Any violation of the rules and regulations stated above will exclude vendors from participating in future shows and may result in the loss of exhibit space without a refund. Your request to exhibit or sell will imply acceptance of these rules and regulations. Vendors who do not abide by our rules may be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.

Food Vendors: Food vendors are responsible for obtaining all proper food permits from the Department of Health. Food permits are to be displayed on the day of the event.

Get ready for The Bagel Festival on Sunday, August 9, 2026, 9AM - 4PM!

"Bagel Boulevard" on Broadway in Monticello, NY, will be alive with thousands of visitors eager to enjoy artisan bakers, food trucks, local crafters, and one-of-a-kind vendors. Vendors will also be part of the fun alongside the Kids Zone, the Any Make, Any Model Car Club Car Show, and live music all day at the RadioBOLD Music Festival.”

This is your moment to shine, showcase your products, connect with the community, and be part of the biggest bagel celebration of the year. We encourage all vendors to get creative and include something bagel-inspired at your booth to keep the festival flavor alive!

Application Requirements

• Applications must be received by June 30, 2026.
• Only completed applications with signatures, the Release of Liability and Waiver Agreement, the Indemnity Agreement, and payment will be accepted.
• Incomplete applications will not be considered. Late applications will incur a $25 upcharge and be put on a waiting list.
• All submissions are subject to review, and acceptance is not guaranteed.  
• Vendors who are not selected will be placed on a waiting list and will be notified if an opportunity arises.
• This event is rain or shine. No refunds will be given.
